Having participated in the automobile industry for more than 13 years, the Group has developed and expanded over the years and has established itself as a provider specializing in the provision of automobile glass installation and repair services in the PRC. The Group has also received several awards and certifications in relation to its automobile glass installation and repair services, including winning the second and third place at 中國第一屆汽車維修工技大賽 (China’s 1st automobile glass repair skills competition) in 2010 held by 中國建築玻璃與工業玻璃協會 (China Architectural and Industrial Glass Association*) and obtaining the 汽車玻璃安裝服務認證證書 (Automobile glass replacement service certificate) issued by 中國建築材料檢驗認證中心 (China Building Material Test and Certification Centre*).
Since its incorporation, the Group has been providing automobile glass installation and repair services to several categories of customers in the PRC including insurance companies, corporate customers, 4S Stores and car rental companies; as well as individual customers. The Group provided automobile glass installation and repair services for various types of private and public motor vehicles. The Group possesses a comprehensive collection of automobile glass catering for a wide range of motor vehicles and hence customers in the PRC.
The Directors believe the Group’s long-term effort in providing retail services to customers is crucial for building up the solid and stable relationship with the customers.
Through the Group’s refinement of service quality and active brand management, the Directors believe that “正美豐業 (Zhengmeifengye)”has been established as a brand that represents high quality automobile glass installation and repair services.
Since its establishment,the Group has obtained a number of awards and certifications including, among others,outstanding seller awards from its supplier companies, and the second and third place at 中國第一屆汽車玻璃維修工技能大賽 (China’s 1st Automobile Glass Repair Skills Competition) in September 2010 held by 中國建築玻璃與工業玻璃協會 (China Architectural and Industrial Glass Association*). These awards and certifications have helped to promote the Group’s brandfor high quality services.
The Group’s well-established brand name has also helped the Groupto maintain its business relationship with its existing customers, attract new customers andenhance customer loyalty, thereby allowing the Group to continuously drive the growth of itsbusiness.
The Directors believe that service quality is of utmost importance to the Group’s business,and this is intimately linked to the product quality of automobile glass utilised by the Group for its installation/repair services as well as the quality of services provided by the Group. The Group imposes stringent quality control policies in relation to its procurement of automobile glass and the provision of automobile glass installation/repair services.
The Group has a quality control department consisting of 12 employees,who are responsible for carrying out inspections and sample checking on in coming automobile glass procured from the Group’s suppliers, all of which have obtained the CCCmark for its products; and setting out quality control measures in respect of its automobileglass installation and repair services, such as carrying out training sessions for the Group’s employees and ensuring that installation and repair services provided comply with the Group’s standardized internal procedure manual.
The technicians of the Group are required to sit for examinations or assessments periodically to ensure that the quality of installation and repair services provided by them is up to the standard of the Group. The Group obtained 汽車玻璃安裝服務認證證書 (Automobile glass replacement service certificate) in October 2011 from 中國建築材料檢驗認證中心 (China Building Material Test and Certification Centre*) for its automobile glass installation and repair services.
the Group cooperated with over 30 insurance companiesin the PRC for each of the years ended 31 December 2011 and 2012, including but not limited to 中國人壽財產保險股份有限公司北京分公司 (ChinaLife Property and Casualty Insurance Company Limited Beijing Branch*), 中國太平洋財產保險股份有限公司北京分公司 (China Pacific Property Insurance Company Limited Beijing Branch*), 中國人民財產保險股份有限公司北京分公司 (PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited Beijing Branch*) and 中國平安財產保險股份有限公司北京分公司 (Ping An Property& Casualty Insurance Company of China Limited Beijing Branch*), by providing automobile glass installation/repair services to individuals insured by those insurance companies.
The Directors believe that establishing and maintaining good relationships with insurance companies in the PRC is essential for theGroup’s future growth and success.
The Directors believe that the Group’s geographical coverage in the PRC is crucial for its future growth and success. Therefore, having established a sound foundation of the Group in Beijing, the Group further expanded its business by establishing operating subsidiaries in Hangzhou, Tianjin, Shenyang 2010 and Sanhe in 2011. The Group operates 21 service centres providing automobile glass installation and repair services,and is also engaged in the trading of automobile glass in the said [five] cities in the PRC.The Group also has 110 motorcade service teams stationed at its service centres for the provision of automobile glass installation and repair services to its customers.
The Group’s introduction of door-to-door automobile glass installation and repair services provided by its motorcade service teams have enhanced the service capacity andservice coverage of the Group in the PRC, thereby expanding its revenue base.
The Group’s senior management team is headed by Ms. Xia, who has over 20 years of experience in the automobile glass installation/repair service industry in the PRC. Mr. He Changsheng and Mr. Li Honglin, both being executive Directors, are the key driving force for the execution of the Group’s business strategies. The Directors believe that the Group’s experienced management team,coupled with the Group’s technical expertise and industry experience, will enable the Group to effectively chart the future course of the Group’s business and capture future business opportunities.
